While we’re only days away from the conformation of a new SCOTUS that has had a light speed approach to the bench, we’re talking about what that conformation will mean to millions of Americans and their healthcare. A judge who states she is an originalist, but seems as if she follows more of a John Marshall’s viewpoint toward judicial supremacy in the rule of law, may make it impossible for something people need more now than ever, a chance to receive medical care in order to survive.

Packing the courts in order to promote an ideology is a very dangerous venture. When the People no longer have a say in how they’re governed then they lose the most precious of liberties, their freedom of existence.

Question: given that Judge Handmaid doesn’t acknowledge institutional racism, how will she ever have “The Talk” with her adopted black children? It’s an issue with more than a little depth and a great deal of consequence for a pair of innocents. 

What is justice? If you’re watching the hearings for SCOTUS it’s all about being an Originalist, but is it really? We’ll devil into the details as we talk more about our Constitution and original sources and comparing them with what being an Originalist actually is verses who’s just using the word as a vocabulary filler in a bid for the job of a lifetime. 

It’s the Amy Covid-Barrett Show, Part Deux, the Lying Continues. In this episode, a thorough and brutal takedown of the jurisprudential fraud known as “Originalism.” Originalism has some ugly roots. Also, Senator Sheldon Whitehouse lays down a point-by-point deconstruction of the ugly, anti-democratic effort that has led us to this desperate moment in which one woman holds life and death power over tens of millions of Americans. It’s like the end of a murder mystery, and we may ultimately be not witness, but the chalk outline of the bodies. 

We’re following the SCOTUS pick closely. Why? Because our government is there to serve the people and not just a chosen few. There’s the rub. Who can we count on to represent the best interest of the America people? Has it been in any way advantageous for the general population in the last four years? I’ll leave that question to be answered by those who know best, you, the listener. You are the difference because you have a self interest in everything that’s being decided for you by people who’ve ignored the issues that could harm you. Remember, we’re all in this together and we’re here for you.

Georgians (state, not country) wait hours and hours and hours in line to cast an early vote. COVID Caligula flies off to a superspreader rally in Floriduh, says he’s no longer contagious and ready to kiss people. Once again, The HORN spends more time on the 25th Amendment than all the For-Profit Media combined. Some even got it ALL wrong. Not us; but, for a magic 2.5 hours, we conversed all over the place! This kind of radio doesn’t just happen every day. Tell your friends.

The elections are quickly approaching and we’re facing an unprecedented moment in our history as a nation. Our sitting President isn’t quiet well and he’s running the asylum, I mean the White House. We as a nation haven’t a clue as to what’s going on at any given moment regarding the public’s welfare.
